Membership Application Form

This is the application form that your customers will use to apply for membership.

All of the PHP Paysite pages can be integrated into a custom template to exactly match your existing site, by using your own HTML layout, graphics, logos and CSS style sheets.

If you need to obtain additional information from your customers during registration, we can modify your sign up process with a custom build or you can modify your signup page yourself if you understand php.

Custom builds can vary in cost depending on the size of the project so please contact us if you require a quote.

Complete Integration

PHP Paysite is simple to integrate by using your own site template and adding a couple of coded sections that will control functionaliy and add signup processes to your pages.

This example is from a web hosting company that uses PHP Paysite as it's payment engine. This was a basic installation of PHP Paysite that was customised by our client to blend seamlessly with their site.

You also have a number of options such as viewing account details or payment history.

This is the page where you can manually add an account to the database. You can add either a manual billing account (customer pays you via cheque or postal order) or a guest VIP account (non-billing).

Help icons will display useful information when you hover over them.

User Manual

PHP Paysite comes with a complete 30 page user guide to provide you with detailed information about PHP Paysite's many features.
